Love him and the E Street Band is ripped... and I hated him growing up, before college.. Like most have said, his best work was in the 70s, but i still think his 80s stuff was quality, too.. Born in the USA suffered from over production, as did most popular music of that time... but the songs are still good (Glory Days - hate that he uses speed ball instead of fast ball, but oh well...)
I think his newer stuff is OK, but I think most songwriters that have been around 40+ years, seem to decline...
But, he never short changes the fans when it comes to live shows... Still 3+ hours ever time (coming from a person who usually can't be bothered past an hour and a half or so)... and never mails it in..
I always like the piece that Nick Hornby wrote about him and in particular Thunder Road...

I think he was on the Cover of both Time, and Newsweek, Fall of '75(?) With the always trendy Captions: "The Next Dylan?"
After his first two Albums, I found out he wasn't.

In your trolling, a-hole impersonating, immature posting persona, have you ever posted a single thing that evidences an I.Q. above 100?

I'm a fan and was really looking forward to him yesterday. He did not disappoint and I can't wait to see him again. He put on a great show.

He's somewhere around 63. And plays longer sets than anyone else currently touring.

Frankly, I'm making perfect sense. It's just that I'm fascinated that you're turning out to be the adolescent little dumbass that I originally suspected you were. I suppose I had hoped there was more to you. Oh well. My bad.

What were the Dates, on the Covers? I'm stumbling around - from Memory only.
