Good possibility that the "take me to church" video was too liberal for the TIGERDROPPINGS BOARD. Good tune.

Hozier and Gotye are both one-hit wonders

I read an interview somewhere that he was just going to disappear for a while and just take his time making his next album. I think he goes to the beat of his own drum.

Someone said him and Gotye are both one-hit wonders, but I think Hozier will likely have more hits. Gotye is pretty quirky.

He was lame as shite and returned to irrelevance.

Randomly saw Hozier at a festival last year. He’s pretty good live. Would recommend.

Saw his Coachella performance on AXS a few years ago and blew me away.

'In A Week' is one of the most achingly beautiful songs I've ever heard.

The whole album is awesome.

Hope he releases some more stuff.

He might not have any other "hits" besides Take Me to Church per se, but his album is very good. I honestly like Jackie & Wilson, Someone New, Work Song, and From Eden much more than TMTC.

He went off to that same desert island as Goyte, James Blunt, & Daniel Powter. Hopefully never to be found & returned to us all.
