Went to a Jason Aldean Concert last weeked.

I'm not a country music fan in the least bit. My fiance's friend wanted to go for her birthday so my fiance bought us tickets.
I pretended to enjoy myself just so they could enjoy the show, but that was the worst concert I've ever been to.
Just not my kind of music at all.
It's an interesting perspective when you go to a concert with music you don't like at all. The whole time I was constantly asking myself what the hell was wrong with those people. I'm sure other people ask themselves the same question about me at some of the shows I go to.
Anyone else go to a concert they don't like just to tag along for the ride? Who was it? Did you enjoy yourself?
I pretended to enjoy myself just so they could enjoy the show, but that was the worst concert I've ever been to.

It's Bro Country. The guy is just not talented. ...in the least.
Yea, I got dragged into going to a Scorpions concert in the 80s'. It was absolutely embarrassing to be in the arena.

My wife really likes the XX, but I personally find them pretty awful. We went to see them a few months ago and I felt more or less the same way as you did. Why do people like this? What is the appeal? What strange twist of fate determined that these people, with this sound, would make the big time?

I’m assuming there were some good looking women there. Bro country crowds are usually packed with hot chicks.

Yeah, there was a decent amount of talent there. A lot of high school kids it seemed like.
