Love that version of FOTM. Wish they played that more often.

Love that they played it at some high school soccer field and then they had a ticket raffle afterwards

Dude had a babysitter their whole last tour and still fell off the wagon. Im fine with someone trying to clean up their life and get sober, but dont frick it up for everybody. Plus the way he quit the band without telling anybody but rolling stone was chicken shite.

No they joined up for a few shows in May playing mostly ween tunes. Aaron actually did a show with marco, dave & jim weider earlier this year.

Aaron's statement about the possibly of one day reuniting:
quote:

I’ll tell ya, it’s a remote possibility down the line but right now as I’m laying low, we know everything about Mickey except what kind of toilet paper he uses. It all seems very A team vs. B-team and honestly I was never into team sports. Ween was founded on the premis of alienation torward the masses, showing them the true meaning of Brown and being held accountable to nothing but the Boognish. It was/had turned into some Umphries McGee bullshite and I love Ween too much to see that happen. Lets see where the road takes us but for now a good healthy break is needed to get some priorities straight. Believe it or not, I’m the biggest Ween out of all’yall.

If and when they get back together I think opening the show up with "What Deaner Was Talkin' About" would be fricking epic

Sounds like a crock of shite, but ill be first in line to see a reunited ween.

The reason theres a team a and a team b is because of the way the break up went down and thats 100% aarons fault.

i had never really heard ween until i was a freshman in college.
i knew about them though, because i kept seeing chocolate and cheese. this girl who loved jam bands and the residents wanted me to suggest something, so i suggested that to her.
she loved it and we made some hot blangadang in her dorm room listening to spiral meningitis.

it was weird after that.

It was just so bizarre the way he walked away from the band. When you posted the article on here about the break up I had to read it over and over to believe it.

Joppa road is an amazing song.

Aides is awesome live.

Poopship is epic.

Piss up a rope.

Flutes of the chi.

Tick.

Pork roll egg and cheese.

So many amazing songs, i know most think of them as a joke band, but the wide spectrum of music they have created is incredible.

Ive been meaning to get a boognish tattoo for about 10 years, i really need to make that happen.

People take themselves entirely too seriously. For some reason some people are unable to see that serious music can contain humor.
