Wayne Static dead at 48 y/o today

Damnit. 
RIP, Wayne. I actually saw him at Southport hall in 2012 when he first started his solo gig. There weren't even 30 people in that room on that Monday night, but it was fricking awesome. He played as if the room was packed with hundreds. When he and Static-X broke up, it was not really the same. Although I have heard he had a drug problem. You can actually see it in the video right here sniffing a couple of lines with his whore pornstar wife. I hate that fricking bitch and I believe she is the reason the other guys in the band split TBH.

Saw them open up for Powerman 5000 at House of Blues. One of the best shows I've seen. The sound and energy was so awesome. He was such a polarizing figure on stage.

he was actually one of the better industrial metal artists. the band had a fun live show. 48 is too young to die. seems like he divorced the porn star girlfriend and went back into drugs.

This sucks. Cannibal is my favorite, Love Dump is a lot more than "industrial" and I don't think that label works with Static X.

I saw him the next night at The Varsity. There was slightly more people, maybe 50 or so. His pornstar was dancing around naked on stage so that was cool. It was a good nostalgia trip overall.
His girlfriend was a total Yoko too. The rest of the band hated her and Wayne.
