The problem with this is there is a ton of songs that each person probably rates differently. Like I love Jack Straw and Cassidy but I am not really sure on where they fall in the rankings.

I do too, and based on my interactions with others, these seem to get pigeon-holed into the "first set songs" category and passed over because they rarely exceed the 6-7 minute mark. But there are versions that are extremely tight and well played.
Ramble on Rose is a perfect example, go check out the version from 10.10.76. It's got a few patented Jerry lyric flubs, but you get gems like actual listenable Donna Jean singing and an INCREDIBLE vocal performance from Jerry at 5:50-6:07 (and if you listen closely, you can hear a "whoo" from I believe Bobby at 6:09 following that part).
