It's pretty simple. An idea about music will pop in my head, I'll consider whether it'll be a fun topic, if so, I'll start a thread. Pretty much the way it works, right?
Sometimes people participate, sometimes they don't. Just trying to offer something a little different than, "Best Pink Floyd song," or "Greatest guitar solo."
