No link, but in a video he posted to Instagram, he apologized to ticket holders for concerts in Houston and Dallas that they were rescheduling due to vocal issues that Daltry was having. Claims that the dates were being rescheduled for May 2020, right after they play Jazz Fest.

Here's the LINK.

They absolutely rocked it last time at the Fest. It was the first show of their tour so Daltry was in great voice.

Well Rodger's voice broke down last night in Houston after a few songs and had to end the show. Hope he get well!

I went into that jazz fest show with absolutely no expectations other than seeing an iconic band and left feeling like I had seen one of the best performances I’d seen. They sounded great and played sharp. Can’t wait to see them again if this is true

If you watched the video link Townsend said they'd be back to Houston to "rejig" that show as they only played 45 minutes due to Daltry's bronchitis.

That was a wet rainy day at the JF the last time The Who played

Yep. We showed up at the barricades near the stage early in the day. Mid-afternoon it became sideways, driving rain. We stayed, most folks left, and once it stopped we had the best spots in the house.

I decided against going because I didn't think the show would be good enough to put up with the mud and the crowds. I saw the performance on TV a week later and I have been kicking myself since.

I'll go this time if they are there. One of my bucket list music artists.
