First Phish show and definitely the last. Nothing impressive at all.
Jazzfest is a tough place to play for jam bands, if you base your opinion of Phish on this show and don't go see them again, then it's your loss.

My loss. Totally comfortable with it. 3 hours+ to impress and it was a snoozefest.

You're delusional. Trey wipes his arse with Anders. The show could have been better but all in all it was a solid show. I do like me some Marco playing with Anders.

Anders killed it. Phish was a solid meh.

The crowd was a solid meh IMO.

Anders was amazing. I can't remember the last time I have seen the Acura stage rocked like that... but yet it seemed like every "phan" with a Russell Wilson tshirt on couldn't care less. Oh well, their loss.

as for Phish? I thought Ocelot was flawless. Harry Hood, DWD and Julius? What's not to like? I walked away satisfied. A makisupa would of hit the spot though.

I can't believe I missed Gordo sit in with Anders , especially considering I had a ticket. Just got way too wasted at Phish. Weak move, I know.

As for the Phish show, we definitely got a generic festival setlist.Safe playing with some stand outs. DWD had a good jam, and Light was also decent. Wolfman's and Birds had some great straightforward Type I. I really wish they would have played YEM, as not only is their signature song but it is also a spectacle for first timers.

I had a lot of fun though. We had a great group of people, many who hadn't seen each other in a while, and for the most part it was one big dance party- which is fine for an afternoon Phish set.

Didn't quite get the Phish setlist I wanted, but It was still a blast. I lost my myself to dance most of the time. The band sounded great. There were some great jams. Wasn't a fan of the set break.

Anders was pretty awesome too. Was hoping for a Burning jam, but oh well. Most people around me were feeling it. He was playing with passion.

I will say this was one of best main stage JazzFest crowds I've dealt with. Very low bro quotient. And those Phish Phans brought the goods.

Great day. I love JazzFest.

Peter stelling (sp?).

Never heard of the dude, but he played with anders last weekend in Atlanta too. Anders said he was a good friend from boulder.
