Hey grizzled JF vets, what is the single best thing to eat at Jazz Fest? I was gonna grab something before I stated drinking heavily and wanted to get the best of the best.

you've eaten what most consider the two best. crawfish enchiladas are amazing, and i always enjoy both the duck and fried gator po boys
