Telluride Blues Festival Lineup Announced

I haven't been to this festival before but it always looks awesome. Any advice from any of that might have attended in the past?

Pack for the eventuality of the day going from 50 with heavy clouds and rain to 65 (which feels oddly hot at that elevation) and sunny, then back again.
Would also try to book accomodations now if you haven't already - it can be tough to get something to fit what you need. If you can't find anything in Telluride, try Mountain Village, or maybe even Ouray.
