Maroon 5
Songs about Jane came out in 2002, every girl in my high school was in love with it, thought they'd be here and gone by the end of the summer. That album still bops, btw.
They've had almost a dozen top 10 singles in the US after reinventing themselves to align with contemporary pop sensibilities.

The Bee Gees. Figured they were finished in the early ‘70s. They would probably still be playing if the brothers hadn’t passed away.

The Who and Stones. Have either ever officially broken up?

I'm surprised that the eighties didn't kill multiple members of Motley Crue.

I don't like them but Train has put together an extremely rare run of being successful, disappearing for over a decade, then having huge hits that lasted almost a decade.

Slipknot for me.
Their first album in 1999 was so batshit heavy, if you’d told me in 2020 they’d just released their best album and are still headlining festivals I wouldn’t have believed you

Of course the 1st album was the best.

No, and they're two of my all-time favorites.
