I have been getting back into song writing a bit. Writing some Texas Country type of stuff. Down verses and big choruses.

Already have some chord progressions, melodies and themes put together but I am having an unusually hard time writing song lyrics. I feel like the best path forward is to either get a DUI and hit rock bottom or try to find some help writhing. Anyone want to hop in and do some co-writing? The Ozone songwriter festival is mostly free (some parts are not - VIP event). The organization that sponsors the event is trying build a music community in the NOLA area (mostly Northshore and MS Coat) that supports writing and recording.
