I've never played one though. I love the looks of this one.

I had a C-1 at one point that I put in a Dimarzio Super Distortion in the bridge and a Dimarzio PAF 36th in the neck. It really wasn't a bad guitar for under $500 back in the day. I came really close to buying one of their V's at one point as well.

Their high end guitars are decent, I've never bought one though.

They come set up from the factory and play like a dream. Probably the best value instruments on the wall.
The Schecter basses I’ve used have all played better than comparable Fender instruments, although the sound obviously left a little something to be desired.

I have the Schecter Avenger Bat Country edition, not a big fan of the neck on it but it has the Seymour Duncan Invaders on it and they destroy

We have the original Schecter coffin guitar around here somewhere... used to be one of a kind, but now I think the mass produce them...

Had fun with the Jeff Loomis sig for the 7 stringers out there

They do make some nice looking guitars. I keep going back and forth on picking up a C1 Helraiser like this. Just bought another Jackson Rhoads, so it'll be a bit.

I'm actually interested in this one, $1200 new and $500-$800 mint on reverb.
I'm wanting a new bass though, want a Gibson Ripper.
