I won't be missing this one. Not surprised they're calling it quits things haven't been the same since Hanneman died.

I would be very surprised if Kerry retires. Its mainly just Tom. Kerry will either find a new singer for Slayer or just start a new band, whose music will sound exactly like Slayer. Also I would be shocked if this tour comes to New Orleans.

Yeah Kerry King will definitely go on.

I'm thinking I'll probably have to go to Dallas for this one.

Would really be something if they somehow get Lombardo back on board.

Well damn! This sucks. Man I hope I’m somewhere near one of these shows at some point.

Dates are out now and what a surprise, no New Orleans. Houston, Dallas, and Austin get shows though.

"Last" Ever Slayer show in Dallas. I will be there. Anyone know of any pre-sale codes? It starts today at noon. I cannot imagine seeing Slayer in the Bomb Factory. It is going to be insane.

Damn I'm not liking that June 19 date. On a freaking Tuesday.

I’m thinking many more dates will be announced. This is just the leg that will have all 5 bands. Honestly I’d rather it be trimmed down to 3.

Probably not. The tour with LOG and Behemoth last year I think was shorter than this. These type of big tours usually aren't that long. I'm just hoping some of the openers do some off date shows. There's a day off in between Orlando and Houston that would be perfect for New Orleans.

No way that’s it for a Slayer farewell tour. I’m sure it is it for that 5-band lineup.

Lots more places that Slayer need to say farewell to than that.

I'm thinking of making the drive to the Dallas show. I've never seen Lamb of God or Testament. This will be a killer tour.

I went ahead & got the VIP package that sold out fast just to be safe. I went back in later on in the day & put in the password BLOOD just for the hell of it & it went through for the presale. I could have gotten a balcony ticket for much cheaper. At least I am in. I just hate it is on a Tuesday. Seeing this show at the Bomb Factory is going to be something.

There is no Slayer without Tom.
