They talk about everyone, but Tyler the Creator will openly say that they're all just doing it to get under people's skin, just like their 666, abortion, and rape stuff. When he did it, all of them tweeted messages in support, including Tyler, who people think is the biggest homophobe on Earth even though Syd's been in OF forever. I like Frank Ocean, and I think he's actually pretty talented, which is odd because I think 95% of the genre is shite right now. Not to mention, he's a New Orleans guy and went to ULL for a bit.

As for the whole not understanding him coming out as "brave" thing, I consider him brave for one reason. He's an African-American hip-hop/R&B artist. For someone like Anderson Cooper, it's easy to come out because, let's face it, there are tons of gay TV personalities. For Frank Ocean, that's not the case. Black folk are hugely homophobic, which Twitter is pure evidence of right now, and the hip hop industry is even worse. His career could be ended today, which it won't as long as OF and people like Jay Z and Kanye are around, but to openly come out knowing that everyone in hip hop would most likely judge him negatively is a very brave thing to do. It's like coming out of the closet on a thread in the OT. You're going to get the most ignorant, negative, confrontational pieces of shite coming at you. This is much better than say Chris Brown who was allegedly pounding/getting pounded by dudes and continues to act like some sort of machismo dude.

He's a rising New Orleans native R&B singer and a part of Odd Future. He's been a ghostwriter for a bunch of huge acts. His first album is about to come out, but his mixtape Nostalgia, ULTRA was pretty good. I say that not being a big fan of rap or R&B, even though I do like OF, Tyler, The Creator mostly. I heard him on Tyler's song "She" and checked it out, and I really enjoyed it. He comes off as a pretty deep, humble guy so until he becomes a egotistical douche like most of the rap community, I'll support him. I think We All Try has some pretty good stuff, and I enjoy all of them. That said, read the comments of those videos if you question the shite he's taking. It's worse than the normal "dude takes dicks, lol" shite. It's like "He needs to find God because the Devil took his gay arse over!" What the frick?

I'd say he'd much rather be a queer, successful, and respected by his peers and fans than a soft arse rapper with a lisp.

I'll give you some advice. Your raps are cliché as frick. You get one pattern going forever and just sit on it. I understand that it's easier that way, but good rappers change it up. Also, the hard arse "real white dude" gets you nowhere today.

The ignorance in those messages is ridiculous. If you're not into gay folk, that's fine, but holy shite, if you can't watch a show or enjoy music because someone's gay, you've got some major issues. That's like saying you can't enjoy Elton John or Queen because of the gayness.

I agree that they won't, but I was just pointing out how ridiculous of logic it was. They still like Chris Brown, who was allegedly sending texts to a dude saying "You weren't complaining when you were hittin' this!" and talking about liking his D. What the frick?
