Headliners are meh, but the next two tiers (6 lines or so) are pretty interesting.

This is what Hangout Fest used to be. Solid lineup. I wonder what cross overs will make their way to Jazz Fest. I could see someone like Joan Jett doing both.

Been every year but the first and at first glance this is their worst lineup imo. Whole lotta meh. That being said I’ll still be there

Seriously? What the hell do you listen to then if you consider this "meh?" This is a great lineup, especially for a festival. Nowadays they try to appease all genres, so it's refreshing to see SK stick to a particular one.

Idk music that actually rocks? Majority of the lineup seems like a snooze fest to me
Every year except for 2015 & 2016 they miss the boat on pulling some “hip” heavier bands from the metal fest that go on around the same time

Right, but it is a rock fest. Which is pretty broad genre. Just wish they would diversify a little more.

I like it. Spring will be music fest time for me: 420 fest (maybe), highwater fest in charleston, and then this one. when do we know who plays which days?
