Seeing STP tonight!!!

Pretty excited about it, missed seeing them in 2001 when they head lined for linkin Park. A 15 year old me at the time would rather try to catch Chester Bennington after the show then see Scott Weiland (still a decision I regret to this day.) I’ll let you guys know how the show is.

Jeff Gutt... he was on the X factor but the guy has an amazing voice and really captures that STP sound

I listened to their three new singles with low expectations but damn I was impressed. They sound like 90s STP. New guy is legit.

Pretty curious myself, hadn't listened to the new album stuff yet. Did get to see them in BR when Scott was ON back in 2010.

My wife works for a music venue and told me they will be playing later this year although it hasn't been announced yet. Was a big STP fan growing up, but with Scott Weiland gone, I wasn't sure what to think about how it will be (I don't really follow them at all anymore or anything).
It's strange....I grew up going to concerts with my dad with bands from the 70's who had lost major group members. Now it's my generation's turn I guess.

Great show last night!!! Jeff’s voice and charisma was really on display. You would have thought they have been together for years. I would definitely recommend checking them out.
