Just watched “beyond the lighted stage” on Netflix. I thought it was great for any rush fans or rock fans in general. Looks like it came out in 2010 but I have never seen it before. Great insight on the band and was very well done. Unbelievable how talented those guys were.

What about the voice of Geddy Lee How did it get so high?
I wonder if he speaks like an ordinary guy?
(I know him and he does!)

I am still surprised how they got the interaction of Alex and his family about him quitting high school. Why were they even recording that

It was part of a documentary called Come On, Children. Not sure how Alex came to be involved with the doc. he is credited under his birth name Alex Živojinovic. below is a synopsis of the doc.

Five boys and five girls ages 13 to 19 live on a farm for ten weeks, to be filmed, and to see what might emerge for each of them personally.

RUSH was just so talented... think about it... A top 10 guitarest all time, A top 5 bassist of all tim, and IMO the GOAT drummer ..... and Peart wrote a majority of their songs.....

Best scene in the doc is when the waitress wants Geddy's autograph and has no idea who Alex is. Geddy ask her, "don't you want his autograph, he's the leader of the band" and she just walks away.

I really liked the insight into Neil's personality and relationship with fans.
