I think Juelz is one of the best so I don't think he belongs on this list. Every time him and wayne did a mixtape wayne always stepped it up because he knows how good santana really is. Lil Flip definitely fell off, "Reefer N Liquor" was a badass song back in the day Jay Electronica also had a lot of hype a few years back but never really amounted to anything- albeit he's more of a poet though

true. The I cant feel my face mixtapes are awesome. Love Hot Block by those 2.

I now have to reluctantly add a name to the list. My Boy Cassidy. . Although i think he's a great artist and excellent lyricists, outside of Hotel and his first album, he really flopped hard, album wise. None of his other albums even went gold, or sold more than 300,000 copies i don't believe. Full surface dropped him from the label as well.
