QOTSA is playing Shreveport next Thursday. I just checked prices and floor tickets are $6. Six. That's cheaper than cover to see a bar band.

idn why they are playing there. here in nola the tickets are hella expensive. safe to say this will be the last time they play in shreveport

Not sure either. They're playing Dallas the night before so they aren't pulling a regional crowd. Foo Fighters are playing here Sunday so some people may not want to do two shows in a week. Shreveport is notorious for attendance issues anyway.
I always try to support bands like this though. We've had QOTSA, Modest Mouse, Alabama Shakes, Jack White and some others over the last few years so I hope they keep bringing them in.

Going to NO show Friday. Was super excited when tix went on sale and I bought. Now, not so much. Still...hoping for a good show with some oldies mixed in.

Sold out in NOLA. I'm in for Friday night.

Show was awesome. Thought for sure we'd see an Elvis cover but it wasn't meant to be. Josh did mention him in relation to the building though which was pretty cool. Looking for a set list and a bootleg now.

That was a great show. I liked Wolf Alice. they had kind of a Pixies/Nirvana sound with all the guitar distortion. QOTSA's light show was great. Those tube lights were awesome.
