Played one for the first time today at guitar center. The dual terror sounds pretty good.
It was a used amp and usually guitar center has horrible used amps. And they usually only carry their 3 fender models, boss katanas and a blackstar or Marshall orgin.

Anyone has any opinions on orange amps?
The one I tried didn’t have a fx loop so I’m not sure if it’s pedal friendly. Haven’t done much research yet.

Did you play a tube or solid state? I have no experience with Orange but lots of friends that have had good things to say about their tube amps.

I've had the Crush Pro 120 solid state for 7 or 8 years now and enjoy it for what it is. I played rhythm and didn't want to break my tube amp playing house parties or get beer thrown on it so we bought the orange as a beater.

It still looks brand new and the "breakup" on it is pretty sweet. Not sure exactly of the tech, but it mimics the over drive tone of a tube very well once you get some volume on it. Takes pedals well. Couldn't afford the orange tube amp at the time so can't help you with that. Matt pike plays them, that's all I need to see.
