Who's all going to be there?
I'm coming in to H-town hot thursday night. Will be pregaming all day Friday.
There is an app available FYI. it's pretty cool.

I'll be there.
Got the app and have set up who I want to see...only a few times I need to decide on staying for someone and missing the first part of a set or vice versa.
Saturday:
Paul Wall - 2:10

I move a lot depending on if I'm not real interested in seeing an act but am just going because they're there (a la Paul Wall, 2 Chainz) and also if I've seen the band before (Passion Pit, TV on the Radio).

I think Passion Pit -> Calvin Harris is what I will be doing...same stage and if they have the stages set up anything similar to what they had last year getting from one main stage to the other is a complete clusterfrick.

I had to sell my tickets the week before last year's Free Press due to unforeseen circumstances; was the stage setup different than past years?

Maybe it wasn't the stage setup as much as them having more big names so going back in forth between stages was a lot more common versus 2011 where the majority of the bigger acts were at one stage (ween, cut copy, yeasayer, chromeo, beirut were all on the same stage I think). The only route between stages is pretty much the 4 lanes of Allen Parkway so it can get a little crammed at times.
