Loving the new album....halo on fire bridge, solo and outro is fricking awesome. Favorites so far are altas, moth, halo, confusion and spit out the bone so far

I'm trying hard to give the new album a chance after reading so much hype.

I agree. I understand the Metallica crowd that wants nothing but thrash loving it, but there just doesn't seem to be any flow or groove. It's like Metallica quit writing actual songs and just started producing riff tapes.

Really digging the new album. Finally got a chance to listen to it and I think its their best album in a long time. I find it feels like a good mix of their previous work.
