Yeah, that is a pretty goofy arse picture for sure but I have to admit I like their music.

Music is ok. Not my thing but I don't mind when it is being played.

What sucks is that the rest of the band are really good and some cool guys. The singer is just a tool.

The sax player looks like Wil Wheaton.

Thanks for posting this. I pre-ordered and have been waiting to download the whole thing.
I got tickets to see them here in ATX this fall and have been trying to catch them since 2010. I remember they were supposed to play Bogies one night when I was finishing up at LSU, but by the time I got to the bar they had canceled for some reason and another band had taken their place.
IMHO, this album is part of a solid spring/summer for New Orleans music.
Lyrics Born - Real People (May 2015)
Full album on SoundCloud
Galactic - Into The Deep (July 2015)
Full album on YouTube
The Revivalists - Men Amongst Mountains (July 17, 2015)
Full album stream
And, somewhat interesting to me, it looks like Paste Magazine had the exclusive full album streams for both the Revivalists and Galactic.

A good local band though...

It looks like they spent some time testing these songs on the road, and it seems to have paid off for them.
I'm switching between new Galactic, Wilco and Revivalists right now, and this Revivalists album is getting the most plays from me.

yea, they've played about 75% of these songs on the road, most for at least a year

I can't wait to see them later this year. The ones I've heard live (via YouTube) are some of my favorites on the album now.

Love watching them live and enjoy their music. However, not as big of a fan of their latest album.
