New album by Death Cab for Cutie "Thank You for Today" is fantastic

I am new to Death Cab, so still discovering songs from the back catalogue I didn't know.

That said, I really like the new album.

I did not like Kintsugi, I’ll have to give this new one a listen.

I Dreamt We Spoke Again is my favorite so far.

Just checked out “Gold Rush”. I hate that they’ve gone away from traditional instruments to all of this electronic shite. If the rest of the album is like this song, I’m not interested.

Listened to it a couple times. It was ok. But pretty forgettable. It doesn't hold a candle to Plans or Transatlanticism.
