I’ve heard three songs off this new one now. None of them are as good as their peak stuff, but all of them are very solid.

Yeah, I'm not feeling the new singles yet, either. I've seen the Whigs/Twilight Singers a small handful of times at The Howlin Wolf and Tipitina's, but the last time I had tickets to see the Whigs at the HOB was when Dulli got his skull cracked open by a bouncer the prior Austin show in '98. So I'm planning to go just to see them at that venue as well as bring my wife and/or son to their first Whigs show.

Absolutely! "Something Hot," "66," and when the audience is lucky, "John the Baptist" are all show staples now; however, with them promoting a new album, not sure how much time they'll have to devote to all the classic cuts.

Not to be taken personally, the album is 1965, the song is 66. My favorite track from that album.
