I've also seen Blue October at the Hard Rock , completely sober and wasn't very happy w/ the performance. Something about those small short casino shows. Didn't even go the second time they came to the Hard Rock. However I've seen them at the H.O.B New Orleans and was floored by how good they were. Love their music!!! Especially "Approaching Normal" and " History for Sale"

if only we lived in a world where Sebadoh and Lou Barlow were more appreciated.
oh, and they started recording a new album in April. it'll be out next year. and a new Dinosaur Jr. album is coming out this fall.

I will def. listen to Sebadoh's Gimme Indie Rock. I love Dinosaur Jr. Saw them at Tipitina's in the early to mid 90's. Got on stage then jump and crowd surfed. Those were the days. The days of crazy mosh pits!!!
