Music Board's Thoughts on Lyle Lovett?

I heard this song for the first time in probably 20 years, and it was even better than I recalled.

But I'd be a liar if I said I was anything loosely resembling a Lyle Lovett aficionado (translation: if I've heard another song of his, I can't think of it off the top of my head). Anybody here into him?

Huge fan of Lyle Lovett. Step Inside this House and the Anthology albums are great.

He's a better songwriter than singer. I haven't heard much of his recent work, but his debut album, Lyle Lovett and His Large Band, Joshua Judges Ruth, I Love Everybody and The Road to Ensenada are all great albums and worth a listen.
