Kiss Hotter Than Hell Dressed To Kill Destroyer Rock And Roll Over Love Gun And two great live albums: Alive! Alive II A lot of bands would kill for that catalogue.
I'll also add Creatures Of The Night. Underrated album
Some of the lyrics can be dumb but there's a lot of good music on those albums

Nirvana and its not even close.
They were just ok........yet Cobain blows his brains out and all the sudden they became legendary. And YET not that long before he died they had a very hard time selling out a 2000 seat arena in Dallas.

The Doors win this in a landslide.
Jim Morrison is lucky that he died still young and handsome. Can you imagine how awful his act would have been when he was fat and in his 40s or 50s?
Vogon poetry. I want to punish my brain when it recalls bits and pieces of it.

The only times Kiss was worth a shite was when Ace Frehley and Vinnie Vincent were fully involved and -- in Ace's case -- sober enough to halfway function.

I have no idea how they've managed to stay Stadium huge through all this time. I'd understand Arena big, but stadiums... how?

I rocked to KISS in high school. Learned to play all of their songs on the guitar.
Pulled out my boxes of vinyl the other day, and put on Destroyer; it sounded pretty good. I listened to them up until Rock and Roll Over, but their music fell off for me after that. They were legit up until then, but all hype after that.
People either love 'em or hate 'em.
