1st - whoever said Van Halen in 81...not their 1st tour/album or whatever...that was "women and children first", their 3rd release.
Anyway....craziest show...saw Slayer in a very small club in Dallas about 1999. They destroyed that place.

Ummmm...did Meshuggah open for them? Because if so, I was there and it was a bad-arse show @ Deep Ellum, possibly the Insect or Chandelier.

shite, such an obvious choice, but i forgot to include roger waters on his 'the wall' tour. maybe "entertaining" is the wrong word to use (given the subject matter), but "jaw-droppingly awesome" is applicable here....

Most entertaining was probably NIN Downward Spiral tour at UNO '95 I think.
Jim Rose Circus as opener. A freak show. Awesome.
Craziest was probably KMFDM in 2000 at The Howlin' Wolf. Me and my friend were in the pit by the stage. Great concert.

Chili Peppers/Smashing Pumpkins/Pearl Jam at State Palace (i think) circa 1992
Dinosaur Jr at Tipitinas mid 90s was also pretty sick
best big concert was U2 in BR 1987
