Mickey and the Motorcars live? .. last night .. update

I've seen / enjoyed Reckless Kelly & Cross Canadian Ragweed, but never got around to listening to Mickey and the Motorcars.
Anyone seen / comments on them live.

Never heard them live - other than live albums - but I imagine they put on a great show.

They opened for somebody at Rabbs years ago and I saw them. I don't remember them being good or bad though on account of I don't remember anything from that night. I was there though. Hope this helps

saw them with CCR at HOB new orleans and to this day that has been one of the top3-5 shows ive ever seen they were awesome and this was probably 5 years ago im sure they got better.

I have seen them six or so times and they are worth the ticket! Great show!

Enjoyed the show, but it wasn't great.
Neat venue (Peachtree Tavern, Buckhead, Atl);smaller than the Varsity in Baton Rouge.
Really enjoyed the opening act, Old Southern Moonshine Revival from North Carolina.
I took a pic with their lead singer and posted on FB last night ... which reminds me of what we all already know: Posting while drunk is a bad thing.

Fat Man, that sucks that the Motorcars weren't that great...they usually put on a really good show. Maybe it was an off night?

The crowd was small, maybe 100ish ... maybe that was a factor.

it pencilled in on my calendar.
