two very good bands coming through Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama...

i've seen blue mountain at the boxer in in houma a few times, very good band

Blue Mountain was a popular college band back when I was at State. I'm a bit surprised you know about them TFTC although I probably shouldnt' be considering it's John Stirratt's sister's band.

BM played BR a good bit in the 90's... Actually, I even have an old Hilltops record, too..
They signed Marah for their debut and then Marah moved on to Steve Earle's label... I wish Serge was still with Marah (Dave's brother)... they were the future of rock n roll...
