"Lost" hits of the 80s

I hear this term often on the XM 80s on 8 channel and it always suprises me how often good songs that I had mostly forgot about are played. XM channel 33 1st Wave also plays tons of "lost 80s hits" as well. Name some songs you think fit this category.

This may explain why a lot of these songs are considered "lost hits" in the first place. It's all relative though. I know part of it is 80s childhood nostalgia but I still think that a lot of the forgotten hits from that era will have a longer and more respected legacy than even today's major hits. Pop music really is that bad nowadays.

I could post all day about these bands.
But I swear every time I change it to 1st Wave Howard Jones is on.

Love me some Howard Jones. "What is Love?" is the epitome of a "lost 80s hit".
