They fricking rocked tonight. I was never the biggest fan but got tix for nostalgia. Excellent effort and production, as well as a whole new respect for Paul Stanley as a performer. Great show, glad we went. I’m a true fan now.

He’s 67 years old. I don’t give a shite if he had help. I couldn’t tell from where I was sitting. I’d rather that then him trying to force notes that he can’t hit anymore.

I saw them in Dallas and it was very good - better than the last time I saw them in 2017. I was sitting on the side and from what I could tell, Paul sang everything live. The only one I wasn't sure about was Hide Your Heart but everything else was live. Voice is still strained

Loved the show and I saw no evidence of lip syncing.

I had a blast.
They were old and slow, but I enjoyed what they were doing.
Played the hits, let everyone have their spotlight .

I also thought they were great.

I saw the reunion tour in 96 in the Superdome and again in 2000

They were better last night than 2000

They played for 2 hours 15 minutes

That is awesome, compared to Journey’s 1 hour 20 minute sets the last two times they were here

It’s was very entertaining. It’s more about the production than the music with them. I was not disappointed at all. Crowd seemed to enjoy as well.,

David Coverdale does a great job of covering hos arse for the notes he can’t hit anymore. Saw Whitesnake a couple years ago, and on a lot of stuff his backup singers did a great job hitting the high stiff, and he a lot of times when he’d approach the higher vocals he’s hold the mic out to the crowd for a singalong. Once I notided it, I thouht it was a pretty slick move and it worked. Thoug he still had pretty good pipes.

Didn’t go see KISS since I already took my son to see them with Crue around 5 or 6 years ago in Dallas, but after seeing pics I regret not going. A friend shot the photos for The Advocate’s story. He was always a huge KISS fan - goes on the KISS cruise, has their autographs tattooed on him, etc.

The most overrated band of all-time. They were theatrics.

They were my first show at 14. I'm not a fan, they're a band not known for their music.

I was there!

It was awesome! I was about 10 rows from the stage and looked for lip syncing. I could not tell. So there is that.

My kids 13 and 18 loved it. I did too..........KISS is what it is. A great great show with good arena rock and roll.

If you havent seen them live........you cant say a word.

I have seen them in some form 8 times.

1990 with Kulick and Carr
1996, 98 and 1999 with the original lineup and the remaining times with current lineup.

As others have said I think when you go you know what to expect. You are going to see a similar show. Some of it is scripted and cheesy, but always fun.

I actually think that Thayer is better than the current version of ACE. ACE had very little energy even during the 1996 Reunion tour and subsequent tours.

I may have to agree with you here. I wanted to hate him because I’m an “Ace guy”

But he played very well. Gene and Paul sounded a little out of sync at times, and Thayer seemed to hold things together. With that said it didn’t take away from how entertaining they were. Very glad I went.

I with you. Never liked them. With out the make up they wouldn't have been as big of a success.

Actually.............they were pretty succesful in the 80's and 90's without the makeup.

Those albums did very well and had to big hits.

For everyone that wants to rip KISS.........they have been around for over 40 years. Name any act from the last 10 years that has come out that will be around 40 years from now???
