Have you watched the video of him playing it? Oceans got me hooked on JBT years ago.

Saw him live quite a few years back when HOB had their after hours concerts during jazz fest. He came on stage around 1am and played for 2+ hours. This was my first time hearing oceans (it wasn't available on disc yet at that time), and it was a mindblowing experience. Once they released it a few years later, I was jacked to finally get to own it rather than have to watch youtube clips.
This dude is worth every penny of admission price to see. His studio recordings are very good, but his live shows are spectacular (Ben Harper is the same way)

I'll definitely catch him next chance I get. I missed a chance to see Ben Harper at Newport Folk Festival (still kicking myself). But there are a shite load of dope shows coming to New England this fall.
