That's two "Prime Country" deaths in a pretty short span with Kenny Rogers dying about a week ago.

Prop him up against the juke box, you know that's his wish. Just remind them that he likes Blondes.

Think about that song, Third Rock From The Sun... that shite was genius.

Won't happen, the preacher is gonna stand up there and talk like he's trying to sell God a used car.

I guess what I am trying to say: The news of Joe Diffie's death, makes me think about when he was alive.

God dammnit...

Prop me up beside the Jukebox when I am gone..

Should have been bigger..some great great tunes

Lots of fun songs and some good classics.

He really had a unique attitude about the world. Great voice too.

You know, you get the news about some people dying, and you think about them.. and it all makes you laugh a little bit.. hope I go out like that.

My eulogy: That sumbitch was crazy. Lucky that we survived being aquainted with him.

Joe Diffie, a consistent country-music hitmaker throughout the Nineties, died Sunday due to complications related to COVID-19. His publicist confirmed the death to Rolling Stone. Diffie was 61.

Joe left us with a little prophecy:

And as he ordered one last round
He said I guess we can't complain
God made life a gamble
And we're still in the game.

So here's to all the soldiers
Who have ever died in vain
The insane locked up in themselves
The homeless down on Main
To those who stand on empty shores
And spit against the wind
And those who wait forever
For ships that don't come in.
