It’s amazing how you never really get tired of Elton John songs. Myself, anyway.

Tell me about it. A couple of years ago I discovered the Goodbye Yellow Brick Rd album, loved it from beginning to end, a masterpiece to say the least. Then I started getting hooked on him and started buying his albums (about 20), then came movie, concerts on dvd, Funko Pops, boxsets, tour programs, books, posters, you name it. Never get tired listening to him either.

That's a Top 10 Elton song for me, so damn rich in sound and instruments.

"I'm back on dry land once again
Opportunity awaits me like a rat in the drain
We're all hunting honey with money to burn
Just a short time to show you the tricks that we've learned".

Lie back in my armchair
Close eyes and think clear
I can hear hoofbeats ahead
Roy and Trigger have just hit the hilltop
While the wife and the kids are in bed
