Why do you think this was the best/last rock and roll performance?

Both of those guys would rather have died than be considered a rock star.

If that were really the case then they could have just jammed in their practice space with their bandmates and no one would ever have been the wiser. You don’t start a band because you don’t want to be a rock star. They might not have wanted to be Axl Rose, but they definitely wanted to be stars. Now the reality of it may have turned out to be nothing like what they imagined, but that doesn’t mean they didn’t want to be there.

Weiland outlasted him. I'm going with Scott.

Awesome frontman.

Meh. Mick and Keith will likely speak at Axl's memorial service, but whatever.

His temper tantrums at times were the stuff of legend.

Axl Rose sings like he tried to eat a kazoo and it got stuck in his throat.

I don't know. He was hard to watch at their Voodoo Fest show. Sounded great, but I had to look away and focus on Slash and Duff the whole show.

Just need to go back to coke, LSD, whiskey, ludes, and cigs and away from Juul and MDMA.

Then it is right that they are gone. Axl is a rock star he wants the adulation....needs the adulation and he cultivated the image

Does rockstar mean being an a-hole on stage? There's plenty of rock stars today. You don't need to be a drug addict or incite riots at your shows.

Queens of the Stone Age is just one of those bands I can’t get into. I want to. I really do. I want to like their sound and I’ve given 3-4 of their albums a listen. Homme’s voice just doesn’t do it for me.
