Dieselboy is playing in NOLA on 2/28.

I love soulful DnB- give me some Calibre anyday!

I always wanted to check out the Planet of the Drums tour but never did.

AK1200, Dara, Dieselboy, and Messinian. Can't go wrong there.

Also liked when LTJ Bukem and Conrad came into town. Makoto is a good DNB artist from Japan that used to be with GLO. Got to hang out/smoke lots of weed with all three of them once for a progression sessions tour stop in Nola.

Potd was great back in the day.

I love bukem and Conrad but sometimes I get aggravated when Conrad goes overboard with the echo on the mic.

OP, you don't "get" D&B because its heyday was from around '94-'98; you're about 15 years too late.

Metalheadz, Good Looking, early RAM, Suburban Base, et. al.

True, could definitely tone it down with the echo but a pretty badass mc nonetheless. I hear he's not doing much with Bukem these days. Claiming work visa travel issues but I'm sure there's something behind the scenes too. From his fb fan page, it seems like he has a lot of drama in his life.

Subjectively, I'll disagree with you on this point. Objectively, I'll just say that the years I mentioned were when D&B was really blowing up globally.

* All that being said, I have a very close friend with releases on Omni, Lightless, Jungletrain, etc. I know there's good stuff out there nowadays.
