Awesome venue but like anything it can be tough to maneuver when it's packed...park at Rouse's.

I cant imagine how miserable it was before ac, it gets hot as hell in there when its packed WITH ac. Still a great place to see a show though.

I remember no AC there, saw the Hoodoo Gurus and sweated profusely, people were just pouring drinks over their heads to cool off.

Another iconic music club just closed up here, Maxwell's in Hoboken closed at the end of July. It was in the top ten live music clubs along with Tips not long ago

Attended many shows in the middle of summers back then. Calling it a sauna was an understatement.
