Two glaring omissions as far as I'm concerned.

Twin Danger

Adele

Both releases got tons of publicity and airtime across both Morning Edition and All Things Considered, in addition to other shows. .

How can the best selling cd in the last 25 years by the most talented pop female vocalist in a couple generations not be one of the best 50?

Lots of "hipper-than-thou" pretentiousness.
