How is Avett brothers opening for turnpike? Not saying I like Avett brothers but I figured they’d be bigger
If turnpike got big all of a sudden I hope the dude falls off the wagon again and they break up and then reform and play at the varsity again

I couldn’t have said it better myself. Sound check to go-time… literally anything can happen. I always brought foh down and had my hand on the eq when things kicked off and slowly brought faders up to optimal volume for all the reasons you mentioned.

Turnpike created a lot of demand and mystique with the hiatus. Their fees are crazy now; in the range where they can pick and choose.
