Guitar playing injuries?

My upper back is killing me. I play acoustic. Pain goes into both shoulders. It all originates in the back and wraps around. I am a nurse and pain is positional. I do not believe I'm having a heart attack. So IB4 heart attack.
Just wondering how many of you, if any, have experienced the same? Or other issues. Shoulders hurts. And pain is under both shoulder blades. I am a newb so I am constantly looking down at my hands to check placement.
This sucks.

I can recall when I was learning I had neck problems. You're not relaxed and you are in a position that is unusual to your body. You may need to take a few days off. The only problem I've had since then is tennis elbow in my strum arm.

I play a black, late 1950s les paul custom most of the time. Try throwing that on for a while. Spent about $100 on a comfortable strap, but it has a nickle bullet belt on it, which is also heavy.
Also, when I'm sitting down recording, I can be there for long periods of time. My leg falls asleep from poor circulation with that resting on it.
Other than that, I've been electrocuted & cut by strings.

Peeling calluses and left hand seizing up while playing the bass for to long.
My left top side of my index knuckle is permanently scarred from my snare. Playing DOWN, and Pantera has taken it's toll on it!!!!!

I've got a Rt. Shoulder problem that hurts after playing a couple of Songs on my Acoustic.Especially fast tempo.I'm Rt Handed so that's my strumming Hand/Shoulder.
I had a MRI.I've got a Bone Spur and a Cyst that are impinging on the Bicep Tendon.
I'm going to Physical Therapy trying to avoid Surgery.
I hurt it a year ago when I slipped on the stairs and saved myself by grabbing the rail with my Rt Hand.I saved my arse but messed up my Shoulder.

Caught the clap one time.Livin in the moment, with a crazy chick that loves guys with a guitar.
Luckily, that was back in the day when Penicillin could still cure some shite.

I have a Nashville telly with a swamp ash body. I can really only play it sitting on a stool.
If I stand and play it more than a few minutes,I get a pain in my neck and between my shoulder blades for 3 or 4 days.
I already know that I am getting old,and this caused by arthritis,so don't need any smart asses to remind me

Weight of a guitar has never bothered me. I actually prefer a heavier guitar.
The worst for me was one time when I caught a glass shard under the fingernail of the ring finger on my fretboard hand. It wasn't even really bad enough to where I needed a bandage on it or anything but playing guitar was excruciating. I could fake it a little but if I had to apply pressure with that finger it felt like my whole finger was getting severed off. And that shite held on for what seemed like forever. I had to just quit playing for about a month or so.
I've had worse injuries to my pick hand but it never had an impact. That left hand is the whole franchise. I guard it with my life now.

I have supraspinatus tendonitis in my right shoulder. Pretty sure it's from playing guitar for so many years with poor posture. Going to the gym didn't help either.

I can one up you. I cut off my left hand pinky and ring fingers in an accident with a wood planer. I've just got 2 1/4" nubs now
Anyway, they grafted over the nubs and it was a pretty gnarly scab/wound/whatever for a couple weeks. I had just moved my kit and it was a weeeeee bit too cramped. Ripped everything off on my hats
