Was going to say Waiting for Columbus as well
Also, Widespread Panic's "Night of Joy" with the Dirty Dozen Brass Band is freaking awesome as well.

In the last year, I loved the Black Pumas self titled release. Not every song has horns, but plenty do and it's great throwback soul.
Forgot, Swamp Dogg's release last month has a lot of horns and I also enjoy it a lot.

BB King- Lucille
I remember reading that even at the low point of BB's career, when he was reduced to a 5 man backing band, two of them would be horn players. So he always valued a horn section more than any other major bluesman.

It is on an album, it's called Lucille......
"Lucille is the fifteenth album by blues artist B. B. King. It is named for his famous succession of Gibson guitars, currently the Signature ES-355.
A decent but short (nine songs) late '60s set, with somewhat sparser production than he'd employ with the beefier arrangements of the "Thrill Is Gone" era. Brass and stinging guitar plays a part on all of the songs, leading off with the eight-minute title track, a spoken narrative about his famous guitar."
