Just had to post....Houston...August 10!
Saw them in BR when I was 18.....gonna see them at 54....it's gonna be EPIC!

Grew up a huge ELO fan. I'd like to see some of the original members in the line up, but may go see this show. Probably not too many more opportunities to see them (or I guess Jeff Lynne).

Closest ive ever gotten to seeing ELO is when my Mom went to see them in Biloxi, MS, while pregnant with me... doesnt really count though, so thanks for the heads-up on the houston show.

I am currently watching the Jeff Lynne's ELO Blu-Ray recorded in Wembly Stadium earlier this year....pretty good.

Got floor seats in Houston. Saw them in '81. Saw them without Jeff Lynne in 2000 at Hemingbough in St. Francisville with a full orchestra.
ELO Trivia: Parthenon Huxley, who was a member of ELO II (the band without Lynne) was born in Baton Rouge.

Going by your age then and your age now I'm pretty sure I was at that same concert. I thinking late '70's early '80's.
I think I had good time!
