George's Personal Favorite.

After owning thousands of guitars, he finally found the one.

Mr. Gruhn talked with a buddy and me for over an hour in his shop one time many years ago. A true gentleman.

The video is a couple of years old, so it very well could have been posted here before.

I met him like 30 years ago, and really didn't appreciate him.
Now I know.

In the interest of clarity, Mr. Gruhn talked with us all that time after my friend bought a Mary Kaye Strat(which he still owns). We were waiting on a setup.

I did get to play on a couple of high dollar Martin D-18’s and Blackguard Teles. An amazing store.

Yeah, I was just shopping, and trying to trade up from the junk I had at the time. It didn't work out
I understand better now.
Now that I think about it, I probably still don't have anything he would be interested in

I'd have given up the search after 2000
