I'd add Siamese Dream, Dirt, Ten, Vulgar Display of Power, and Purple for the Late Gen X'ers.
I wasn't much on the Weezer and Green Day trains.
I'd add Doggystyle and The Chronic on the rap end.

The Downward Spiral too. Hell of a concept album.

Thanks. Not a REM fan and didn’t recognize it.

Late Gen X for me.
Me as well. Which going off the lists in the OP was by far the best time to be alive.

The Chronic is a better album than All Eyez On Me but in terms of generational influence I get why 2Pac has to be on there. The "culcha" that is loved on this site is his making. Sadly the youngsters now that say they don't listen to him or know who he is don't even realize where their influences got their influence. And I'm one that believes he's the most overrated rapper of all time. His generational/cultural influence far outweighs his musical one.

REMs Reckoning should bump one of the three which comprise the second column of early Gen X.
