Have heard of him, but haven't heard any of his songs. How many are about trucks and guns and Murica?

This is what is supposed to appeal to country purists? :

I mean listen to what you enjoy listening to but there is no way you can expect that to appeal to country purists.

I enjoy him when getting drunk at a camp/acting like a straight neck, but that's about it

I went to his show at his house last weekend in Summerfield/Junction City area. I had a damn good time. Dude put on a great show and played for 2 hrs plus.

All the roughnecks and oilfield workers are fans. Hell he's one of them. I have one of his albums, and its not terrible. Demo-quality of a less talented Justin Moore (not meant as a put down).

His new CD has a few good songs on it. I hope he makes it and all that but, I'm not a fan of that type of country music.

Know him personally along with most of his family and friends. Hope he continues to do well.

If the first album he made prior to signing a deal is his best. Raw solid country gold.
