Finally heard a country DJ stand up for country music

on my drive to work this morning, I was listening to The Highway on XM. The DJ comes on and says, "well, here's a huge eye roll story for you...." and proceeds to say how Jamie Lynn Spears is going country. How she moved back to Louisiana to raise her kid and has recently been spotted in downtown bars in Nashville "trying out new songs". He follows up by simply saying, "Really?! Are you serious?!...."

I know it's not much but it was refreshing since so many country music people will kiss so much pop arse these days.
